Manor Build is one of the most trusted prefab home builders. We specialise in affordable new home designs to suit all budgets and requirements. Our aim is to build affordable homes that exceed the industry standard using quality products that stand the test of time.
Together, we discover all your requirements and objectives for your new building, along with researching your site access and your council regulations. We'll ask for a site address early so we can kickstart this process. Then we'll request a discovery meeting with you to get all the details we need to understand your objectives.
Once we've had a discovery session we'll be able to start with some concept designs and a site plan. These concepts will likely require a few revisions before you get just what you want. Throughout this process we can provide estimated costings based on the design changes.
At this point we’ve agreed on the concept and project deliverables, and you’ll begin working with our Pre-Construction team on the detailed design and compliance. We’ll prepare an agreement for a scope of services which will likely include detailed drawings, site visits, measures, services design, Geotech engineers, Specs. At the end of this process we will present the contract for your new home.
Cost $5,000 - $15,000
Once the contract has been signed and the deposit paid, the full working drawings will be finalised and submitted to Council to issue the building consent. Once the building consent is issued, we can begin construction. Sometimes there may be a delay between consent and production starting due to the amount of work in the pipeline. During the construction you’re welcome to come and visit to see it all coming to life. Consent 6 weeks - Construction 10 weeks
This is when your house is delivered and installed on the pile foundation. Once delivered the site works can commence including service connections, decks, base cladding, landscaping etc. This may be done by Manor if it is a turnkey project. Within 2 weeks we’ll have done a full walkthrough and detailed remedial list with you, and with 4 weeks we’ll have sent our touch-up team to site to rectify any issues.
